I recently purchased a truck from Ray Skillman with the help of Ron Goode, Mitch, and Kevin Johnson. I came in with my four year old son on Saturday right before a family wedding. I wanted to surprise my husband with a new truck when he got back from a work trip on Sunday. I couldn't have had a better experience with all of the guys. They knew I was on a time crunch (since I wait until the last minute to do EVERYTHING!) and helped me get the truck I wanted on Saturday. Needless to say, my husband was completely surprised and I wouldn't have been able to pull it off without the help of Ron, Mitch, and Kevin!

I purchased my 2013 Hyundai Elantra from this Skillman's back in 2012. The experience we had was excellent, especially considering that we were treated pretty poorly by the Hyundai dealership in Bloomington (that I will never go back to). Because of this positive experience, I decided to check out their used cars after having totaled the Elantra in a 4-car collision on 65. It started with texting about information and setting up some financing, which unbeknownst to me was approved before I got there. Although the process took quite a while (they were busy), and not having intended on purchasing a car that day, we ended up buying the car right then. We were treated courteously and respectfully as we were the first time those years ago.The only reason why I did not give it a 5 star review is because we asked for Brooke and we got Beau. Now, there is nothing wrong with working with Beau (though he does need to work on his poker face lol), but we really wanted to work with a woman because so few of them are in the car sales business, and we want to support those who endeavor into a historically male-dominated field. It would also be beneficial for Skillman's to hire minorities and women into more visible roles. Bring the workforce into the 21st Century and be more representative of the demographics of the city. Seems to me that not doing so is a missed opportunity.
