I went to Ray Skillman Ford in a panic. My old car's transmission was almost gone and never having bought a car on my own, I had a lot of anxiety. Brent Fischer was a wonderful help and great salesman for me. He took time to find out what I wanted and there was no pressure to buy. Brent answered all my questions and was very patient! Derek Day in the finance dept. was so kind and helpful to work with and made it easy for me. Bill Skillman stopped by to say "Hello" and see that I had everthing I needed. He was very thoughtful! I want to thank the service staff for all their help with the transfer of my old car to the new one. Also, thanks to young David for spending time with me while I was waiting on my new car.I can't say enough about how good it was to receive the attention and care I got from everyone at Ray Skillman Ford and making my car buying experience a pleasure!! I needed a new vehicle since the one I had quit running. I searched for used vehicles near me. I found a credit application online filled it and within minutes I had an approved loan. The company that approved me sent me to Ray Skillman Used Cars. I called and set up an appointment to meet with Jessika Utter. I was supposed to meet on Saturday but didn't find a ride. I talked with a couple of friends and asked them if they would be able to take me. Yes they said, so 8:45 they picked me up and took me to the Greenwood location. I found the Utter team. They showed me a couple of cars. The car I took for test drive is the car I ended up purchasing. Thanks to Jessika Utter for pushing my credit Application to a few banks and got me a GREAT deal. I LOVE my new ride.
